First of all, sorry for the long time not updating the website. As you will see, I tried to make up for it by adding quite a few new methods. There are more than 100 listed here now, and this should increase even further. The format remains the same, methods are listed in tables that list a few specifics and potential issues or limitations. I have tried myself most of the methods listed here, so if you ever need some feedback, feel free to contact me (check my personal websites for contact info http://www.yannbourgeois.com/ or https://www.port.ac.uk/about-us/structure-and-governance/our-people/our-staff/yann-bourgeois).
I added a new part about all simulation-based methods such as ABC and supervised machine-learning, since they are growing in popularity. This part also lists the most common simulators that can scale to whole-genome data. Good luck with your analyses!
